28 Letters is a book by the artist Ahmed Helmy, in which a group of his articles he wrote for Al-Dustour newspaper before the revolution were compiled. According to what Al-Shorouk newspaper reported today, the book is fronted by the image of the artist Ahmed Helmy, while the second side concludes with his daughter's phrase "Li Li", saying: "Oh, Lord, the book likes you, people." As for Helmy himself, he says, "My name is Ahmed Mohamed Helmy Awwad." I was born in the city of Banha, Qalyubia Governorate, on November 18, 1969. I graduated in 1993 from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts-Department of Decoration. I worked in advertising, and after that I worked as a broadcaster on the Egyptian satellite channel in a program for children called "Play Children", which was the reason why I stood in front of the cinema cameras in the first movie role in the movie "Abboud on the Borders".. and the roles followed after that. My dream had decided to include a new set of articles he wrote after the revolution and were not published, so that the book would keep pace with the events and bear witness to Egypt and its people before and after the revolution.
