Doctor sleep

Dan Torrance is a man now, but the ghosts of the Overlooks and his father's legacy of drinking and violence kept him afloat for decades. Now supported by Alcoholics Anonymous in a New Hampshire town, Dan comforts the dying in a nursing home, where they call him a sleep doctor. But before the remnants of his power vanish forever, Dan meets twelve-year-old Abra Stone, whose incredible talent pits him into an epic war against a tribe of assassins that revives Dan's demons and thrusts him into a fight to save the little girl's life.
